Thank you. Akka. I tried your recipe with a few modifications and turned out very well. Instead of frying channa in oil, I used a dosa pan and tapped it like adai. In the end, pressure cooked in an instant pot for about 2 minutes. It turned out exceptionally! Also, it took less time.
