Welcome to my headspace. I recorded this towards the end of summer this year and didn't feel comfortable sharing it until now. I made the video with the intention of sharing originally, but then had some doubts. I'm sharing now because I worked through my fears and hope that someone out there can watch this and maybe relate to some of my struggles.
