Tampa Police Chief addresses gun violence in New Tampa at Town Hall meeting

Dozens attended a Town Hall meeting on Monday evening to express their concerns after several homicides occurred in Tampa over the past week. Tampa Police Chief Lee Bercaw and his command staff attended the meeting. Tampa City Councilman Luis Viera also listened to concerns. The meeting was held at the New Tampa Community Park.

Tampa is really getting bad with crime and violence too many shootings and violent crimes we have to do something idea allow Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd run the police department for 6 months the way he does Polk County and is guaranteed that crime will go down 90 percent.

It's Florida, you can buy and carry a gun as long as you are not a felon or prohibited by the courts. Go to a gun store or buy from a private citizen both are legal.
