Thank you for showing the SIM QG. Thank you as well, for showing several Paramedic responses. The new Ambulances (33 out of 154) can be distinguished by the higher yellow blue retro reflective chevrons on the rear doors, the left side white-blue stripe is now straight, and the large square car type windows. The rest and most important changes are safe seating on the inside(NFPA1917). The flash pattern is different, Whelen instead of Federal, with a in/out full square pattern in the front, and a fast up-down pattern on the sides, rear. 28 new Ford E350 V10 gas Ambulances coming this winter(GM, no longer produce cutaway diesel). A Ford 350HD Transit diesel, Mercedes Sprinter diesel (white technical support units), are presently being tested for future Ambulance use.

Nice video, but you missed one of the best events I personally saw taking place today near the SIM Head Quarter. In Parc Avenue, there was this huge SPVM checkpoint. Many police cars were also parked on Parc Avenue and Pins Avenue. It was very spectacular. Nonetheless, great video.

      Thanks Ridhwanpop!
I definetely missed this. I would have like to be there but my problem is the job I have. A 9 to 5 job ;-)
This should have happen yesterday when I take a walk up to the SIM HQ. Any idea why there was a checkpoint?

jean longpre In the summer time on occasions, I've seen 5-10+ police cruisers parked in the grass corner of Parc Ave and Pine Ave. The SPVM usually performs a checkpoint since the drivers are usually coming Downhill from Pins Avenue which is somewhat steep. I guess it's also to add a strong presence of the SPVM.
