Whenever i get treated to lunch/dinner by family/friends/coworkers i have a very simple rule that most people should follow. Only order what you would pay for if you had to pay. Being treated to dinner doesnt mean buying the most expensive appetizers/meals with a bunch of drinks. Its disrespectful and thats probably what she did. Ran the bill up sky high and got mad when he said separate bills. Lol
But but equality... when she demeaned him for being "broke", atleast he paid for his meal. Besides that why would anyone, nevermind a man, pay for such lovely company? Hoes want paid, that's fair but it ain't no date then it's a business transaction! He just wasn't buying what she was selling. Perhaps if she valued her own self-worth, he might invest in her.
I think a lot of these women get asked to go out on a date and invited to restaurants and they go overboard that's why they end up getting stuck to paying the bill and trying to get the man to pay the bill they go overboard by hundreds and hundreds of dollars even some have went overboard as 3500 and you can tell the difference between a woman that's interested in you most women that are interested in you just want to get to know you and it doesn't matter where you take them the high maintenance woman wanting to be taking them to some luxury restaurant and so much more
I'm a SINGLE black 28 year old clinical psychologist. This is why I'm single. I'm going to go out of the country to get my wife. Black western women (in general) are ridiculous. I would've never took a woman like this out in the first place.

Since we are in love and he has treated me amazingly I take him out and buy him gifts too, he deserves it! Seems like men these days are trash. As well as women. People, get it together!

Oysters are usually about $2-$3 per oyster unless they have a happy for $1 and even those would equal $48. But I’m going to assume her bill alone was anywhere from $100-$150. Always be modest if you’re expecting someone else to pay.
Your unspoken rule only seems to apply to girls. I've been invited out many times, and I've always paid my way. That's my duty as a responsible adult, not just as a man. We are all responsible for our own debts; that is the spoken rule applicable to all grown-ups. A woman who can't pay her own way is no woman, and a man who always pays for a woman is not truly a man; he's dating girls.

And perhaps he had every intention to, except when she started to order a lot of an expensive item, he thought to himself, “Oh shit this is out of my pay-grade”. I personally would’ve paid for her meal, even if it was outrageously expensive. Unless of course, it was just some crazy amount. Dates like this are an excellent way to test a woman’s character. This is a way to tell if she’s greedy or not, a way to tell if she abuses hospitality. If she’s ordering three times or more than what you ordered, she’s greedy and is abusing your hospitality.
