Thank you for this message. It helped me to see that I must forgive the one who put me through so much pain when I was young. Though she passed away last year, and I can't physically forgive her now, I prayed that I would be able to forgive her for the abuse that i suffered through. I felt a peace wash over me and then the tears started flowing. I'm going to be going into work looking a mess, but now I can be fully at peace with my past and look to what God has in store for me. The verse that really hit home was in Luke 6:36 "Be merciful just as your father is merciful"
I do not want to love my enemies. I want revenge, in my carnal side. I shall work on this because i want to be Christ like
