- Finally adding a much needed auxiliary fuel tank in the bed of the Duramax. This is part 1 where I repair the used tank/box and do a coating with none other than Raptor bed liner and their newest 1k spray cans. This stuff is pretty great!

Great job on the repair Kyle. Looking forward to th next video.
Looks great sometimes it's a better route to give old things new life
Looks good the paint turned it into a clean looking box with fuel storage tank. Cant wait for the install and show the wiring when you install the pump.
Nicely done. It looks fabulous.
Ok, the Raptor liner on the box & tank turned out kick ass. I love the way ut looks. Will definitely be checking out part 2. Also, I dig the black Snap on cart, that is the same one I have at work. Great content as always Kyle. 👍👍
The black looks great man, never seen a truck with one painted. Love the channel
Outside looks great. Aluminum polish should be able to bring a shine to the inside.
Hello R.M. That is a great combination for travel.
Enjoyed being able to talk with you at the diesel show today man, keep up the awesome videos!
You are very welcome! Thanks for stopping by to talk😁🤘🏻
Great video bro
Flints metal polish is super good! Detailers use it
Thanks! 👍🏻
As a side note I was running through some settings on my LMM and found a fuel transfer switch I could turn on/off. Hmm what else could that be used for...kinda got me thinking
Love the channel!! I’ve noticed the audio has been muffled or quite lately. When you add in the memes or whatever it gets louder. Thought I was just getting old!! Used to have great sound quality when you were videoing at the dealership. Just a little info from a viewer. Thanks for what your doing!
Thanks, this one I had used no external mic when I normally do, so my bad🤷♂️ Will be better in future
Post a link to all the parts you have shown.
They’re up now 👍🏻
@@RustbeltMechanic, what about pump, water separator? Links would be nice if you don't mind.
Those will be in part 2 where I go more in depth with those. Likely to post in the next day or two.
look into the s&b fuel tanks.
👍
