Product based companies mostly focuses on everything from OOPS, DBMS, DSA, OS, Networks. You should be ready to face those questions getting combined like from implementing DB transactions with concurrency in your system. Questions like this will assess your overall knowledge in those above mentioned subjects. My interviews had questions like that. Speaking of DSA, your answers should mentions the algorithm design techniques. DP is a fraction in DSA (like 1/10). At last, you should be an extreme fast learner then only you can survive product based companies.
Not necessarily... If you're fresher.. yes it can be... Even service based too they will be asking DSA and basics only... Game changes when you are expert on frameworks and experienced as well.... I'm not saying one should not know how to find indexes of substrings from a string... I mean we don't need to know graph or tree problems... Not all product based companies have the same criteria as FAANG companies

You can talk about your work whild not breaking the NDA. All you have to do is talk about the work you did without disclosing the name of the vendor. For ex if you have worked on backend with some api then write it as "worked on api to migrate data to front end with the optimized code which helped in minimizing the api calls." Something like this. I don't know much about frontend but since you have experience I am pretty sure you can find sole technical words to explain your job.

You can switch technology inside TCS but it's difficult. As you are working in infra service support it's very difficult to get release from that project. Even I am from TCS and I have seen many of my friend asking for release to their manager later they are resigning.
