Switching for SDE1-2 Is all about DSA & personal project along with LLD sometimes or HLD for higher post else saying what project you worked on current company that's it.
So just focus on DSA every day & on weekends give some times to projects, forget about enjoying for 1-1.5 years if you want to live the upcoming life with a lots of money & working culture freedom! Remember champ has to do it little bit extra & do sacrifice so it will come out at the very best in world

I had worked in a company last year but i switched because they were using old technology.
In my second company currently , they are using new technology but the cto is forcing me to do extra work at home daily in order to complete the project deadline. Also they didn't provide laptop to me thats why i bought new laptop on my own money with emi

Can we switch within 6 months
As per me 2 year is sufficient for one company when you have less than 8-10 yr experience.
Reason same company give you same project and technology for work.
In 24 month you can understand company all things.
Once you have 3 yr you will come into pramotion pipeline and become lead for that position you have to stay in same company for experience.
So 2 YEARS sufficient for 1 one company

Me changed 9 companies in a year watching this. Any guidance for me sir please. I learn things 1-2 months and after that i don't feel like working the same thing. And i try to create loop holes in that and prepare my comfort zone.
