- What's going on guys, welcome back to another video! Today we have a King County, Washington, Sheriff's Office 2015 Ford Police Interceptor Utility with working lights. The exterior as well as the lighting setup is replicated after the lighting setup that KCSO runs on their FPIU's. It even has a wraparound pushbar!

Okay, now you’re just doing the impossible!
Dealing with 1 micro LED on a push bar is hard enough, but adding 6 to a push bar (4 front, 2 sides) requires 12 very tiny wires. I was trying to add up the amount of positive and negative wire runs required to complete one of your ‘maximum’ lighting units and got lost around 30, knowing there are a lot more. You either have very steady hands and excellent eye sight, or you’ve come up with ways to simplify a very tedious detailed process. Are you sure you don’t have child laborers somewhere assisting you?....Their tiny hands could really be a plus!😉😂
I wanted to also complement you on moving to a custom battery enclosure in the back cargo area, accessing it by popping out the rear window. I don’t know if you now do this with all your creations, but it certainly appears more accessible and easier to place a larger power source.
I don’t know how your other customers feel, but being a behind the scenes detail guy, I would truly enjoy seeing a “making of video”, should the mood strike you. Maybe something as simple as a single mounted camera using a time delayed exposure where the camera can shoot 1 frame every 15 to 30 seconds, just on your work bench over the entire build.....just an idea. I don’t think a majority of people can even fathom the amount of detailed work it takes to build just one car. Unless you started charging boat loads of money for each unit, it’d be hard to make enough to live on because the amount of hours required to create every single vehicle. As it stands I know you’re paying yourself below minimum wage when you figure the amount of hours invested in each build to the amount of dollars you charge per completed unit.
In the mean time, keep up your incredible attention to detail, pushing the envelope & thinking just outside the box, and the love you invest into every creation.
It wouldn’t surprise me if you build a car inside a glass bottle next...... just to wow your fans!
Haha, thank you so much Mark for leaving another genuinely thought out comment! It’s always nice hearing what you have to say. I only use the windshield pop-out method to replace the batteries on the Tahoe’s (since they are a pain to unscrew). I think a time lapse video with very spread out frames would be a good idea. I’ll look more into that a little later on when I am not as busy as I currently am. As for the money I make, it would be impossible to live off of because of the time it takes to make each model and because of the lack of resources at the moment. Anyways, another video should be coming out soon so make sure to check it out. I think you’ll like this one. It’s something different from the usual red and blues.

But uh... College isn't going well at all, I thought it would be easier but they give more homework than I thought they would so I decided to not continue next semester. I'm going to get a job and gather up some money before going to a trade school. The gen ed courses are seriously crazy difficult 😥
By the way I was wondering if the high school was doing the classes online or in-person. How does it work? For most colleges, I think it is online like the one I am going to.
Oh no! I’m so sorry to hear that. At least you have a plan worked out though so you’ll be able to come back hard and smack education in the face. We transitioned into a hybrid layout in the first week of November and they just decided to shut us down again yesterday for two weeks since Thanksgiving is coming up and gathering will increase. But during hybrid, you had the choice to stay completely virtual or go to school half the week and stay home the other half. We also have half days every Friday.

Note: it’s not a rear windshield! It’s the rear window. Only the front is called a windshield
Rear windshield is just the way I roll, haha. I know this is a highly controversial thing but at the end of the day, I believe both are acceptable.

Is the car mostly made of metal or plastic?
It’s a combination of both. I would say it’s pretty evenly split between the amount of plastic and metal in the car.
