Absolutely brilliant learning help
Having purchased an axopar in uk about to embark on a 300 mile journey to take home kited out with twin v6 200hp and not too much data due to vessel being a long way from home and possible marinas in uk not selling petrol making for a really interesting voyage.

Axopar was designed for cold weather and rough water. It’s made of the latest state of the are material and processes. It should ride like a cadillac in South Florida waters. A damn fine boat!

Hi Ben, another very detailed video on fuel mgt so thank you. Somehow i am unable to change the fuel consumption data to l/nm; i can only do km/l, mpg and etc but i have seen others that have nm/l on their counter. Thx again in advance!

Ben, can you clarify which engine system you are referring to when stating you route plan for a 1.9 NMPG fuel burn? Single or dual engines, and how much hp? BTW these 'education series' videos are well worth watching and leave me more inclined to purchase an Axopar 28...so thank you!
The engine that this was for is a single 300. But I would use the same fuel burn rate with the twins as well.
I HAVE A BIG QUESTION??????? I SEE YOUR AXOPAR 28 ON A TRAILER. IS IT LEGAL TO TRAILER A 9FT BEAM BOAT IN NY? IF NOT WHAT IS INVOLVED IN BEING LEGAL? WHAT SIZE TRUCK IS NEEDED TO HAUL IT???? Thanks
Every state is different when it comes to trucking, but you typically need to get a permit in the state(s) that you’re operating in. Here is.a link for the rules for state of NY: www.dot.ny.gov/nypermits/repository/PERM30.pdf. We move the 28 with a 3/4 ton truck. Depending on what you’re doing, it may be more efficient to hire a professional boat mover.
