So two things. One, I love how upon Fidough getting revealed I said I wanted it to finally be the first Pokémon that's not a Fire Type and not from Kanto or Simisear to evolve with a Fire Stone while knowing a Fire Type move and gain the ability FlashFire upon evolution because it would now become baked bread. And for it to become the first ever Fairy and Fire Type Pokémon. But then part of my wish actually came true even though it stays a pure Fairy Type and just evolves by leveling up, it did actually gain an Ability that makes it immune to Fire Type moves only it was instead a brand new signature ability! And I love it and was so thrilled to have Dachsbun on my Team on main save file in Violet. And then at the beginning of this summer I caught a Shiny Fidough outside the west gate of Alfroanda Town. And I caught the other two Fidough and the Dachsbun that were in it's pack because I couldn't separate them and sure enough the Dachsbun was it Mom and I nicknamed them all. With the Shiny Fidough who was also the only Male of the group being named Pupcake. I love him and I actually encountered them all while having my Dusk Form Lycanroc walking with me. And he's Orange just like Dachsbun so now their all a family and Lycanroc is now the father of three little baby Fidough and has Dachsbun as his Mate and Wife. This was so adorably sweet just like a pastry only my lovely Dogs and Wolf are much much sweeter. 💕🐶💖🐺💕 🐶✨🐶✨🐶
Fun facts: 1. Dachsbun has one of the highest base DEF in the game. 2. The Dachshund, which it's obvious named after, was specifically bred (hue) *_to hunt badgers from their holes._*
