15 Suzuki Samurai Front Knuckle Rebuild Part 5 - Assembly

After cleaning and replacing all the races, bearings, bushings and seals, we are going to finish the rebuild process of the front knuckles on our Suzuki Samurai with all new parts and bolts.

Where did you get that tool to push down the races?

What torgue did you use for the nuts om the bearings, also the secure nut?y problem is, that the wheel gets blocked....

tighten the main nut to 75Nm while sniping the hub to make it all seat in its place, then loosen all the way, then preload it with 10Nm. and the locking put the nut on with 75Nm.

if i remember correctly it is loctite si 5910. you can get it in large tubes or in smaller pressurized tubes like you see in the video.

Are those regular springs or are they lifted front springs?

smallest lift we could find, around 50mm. with regular spring we had around 20mm of travel before hitting the bump stops because they were collapsed.
