Lived in NY my entire life, and being in manhattan at around 2-4 am is way less crowded ofc. But being around Bryant park near the Empire State Building is so nice. Especially when it’s foggy or after it’s rained

Depression sound annoying. To answer the question though, I when I find it I write it down. It’s better than needing it at a specific moment and having to search for it. It’s like having a notebook full of things and you can just skim through them and pick something.

Anyway, she was near canal street, So basically Roxy Hotel which is not bad Which is close too Jersey City, Approx 24 min away from town square and ye and she was on flat/ floor 5 i mean in terms of height.
Sometimes you have to look for inspiration in multiple places. Try stuff you haven't before or just try to find a easy way to clear your mind and focus. I find nature to be easiest but when that's not so available you could try the opposite. Try seeing a bunch of live stuff since your in an area with so many options. Its nice to speak your mind sometimes when your not feeling "normal" so speak up and speak loud.!!
Now it makes sense that you are INTP. When you are performing, you give off INFP vibe. INTPs are geniuses. Well I can see that from your technical brilliance when it comes to violin. Why don't try tips from Andrew Huberman to get out of depression? Anyways.. hope you feel better

Perhaps you could react to some of your previous videos and compare how you felt about them then to how you feel about them now. I know this has been done alot but I'm the type of persons that likes perspectives and i believe self reflection is important observation. I hope this makes sense.
La déprime c'est un peu quand on éteint sa colère au lieu de la laisser nous inspirer. C'est pas sain de cumuler de la rage sans l'évacuer par la colère. Après on se fait bien plus de mal qu'on en ferait en mettant les choses à plat. Mais chacun à une capacité unique a vivre et exprimer ses émotions car c'est forcement vécu de l’intérieur, seul face à nous même toujours. Depression is when we extinguish our anger instead of letting it inspire us. It's not healthy to accumulate rage without venting it through anger. Afterwards we do ourselves much more harm than we would by putting things straight. But everyone has a unique capacity to experience and express their emotions because it is necessarily experienced from the inside, alone in front of ourselves always.
