Hey man random question. Hope i can get a response. Basically I was massaging my meiobium glands with eyes closed kind of squeezing them together and I felt a pinch and pain in my Riolan muscle. Its been about 7 hours now and its still pretty sore. Can these muscles strain or tear? If so do they repair relatively quick or are they sentitive to trauma and leave permanent alterations? Having a lot of anxiety as im already dealing with other eye issues. Thanks!
