In the begin of the video Ethan is the one saying, "I do", because he likes Sarah just the way she is. The second verse is Sarah and then Ethan and Sarah saying, "I do" because Ethan knows about how baddly her ex-boyfriends treated her even though she thinks he doesn't. Mainly the lyrics are coming from Sarah's side of the relationship.
