    thank you so much! i recently got a very nice vintage waistcoat and i only got to wear it once before three of the buttons popped off. i procrastinated for several weeks on sewing them back on because i thought it would be difficult. thanks to you, it was not!

    Great video! I have a navy suit and the trousers don't fit so I'm going to convert the jacket into a blazer with some brass buttons. I thought I would need to get them sewn on professionally but this made it look so simple I'll just do it myself. Thanks!

    Coming to this video and have two major questions
    1. When doing the double tack, is he putting the needle in the same hole twice or is he making new holes each time?
    2. For the finish where is the needled going through and what are you trying to accomplish? It looks like hes just running a thread underneath the button

      What kind of pants?

    • @InHousePussy
      @InHousePussy 5 років тому +1

      @@AspiringGent It's a pair of dress pants. They are too wide, top to bottom, and could use about an inch of taking in around the waist, and roughly the same for the legs. Thanks for the reply.
