From the exit pipe. Ryu skips the exit pipe part with the exit doors and goes straight to the main hub pipe. As you can see in 6:02, the red coins can be at the very end or at the end of the section itself.

I believe it was that launcher on the left that you can see in the corner of the video. The conveyor belt started again after the P-switch effect stopped.

I feel like The Rope is a nod to rock climbing. When you have no rope to save you from falling, you’re screwed. I’m not a rock climber tho so idk lol Edit - nevermind:|
If you look at the bottom, you’ll see a small red bullet launcher. When the P switch is active the conveyors stop moving the small red launcher to allow time for the bully to fall down there. Then when it’s over, the conveyor pushes the small launcher into the rest of the tall ones and crushes them. Ryu didn’t do that the first time so the small launcher was already with the rest when the bully fell.
