Ok could you please give an idea for this scenario : Person Amit got job in ' A' company as a fresher, after 2 months Amit got another job in B company as a fresher, now after 2 months working in A company , Amit wanted to got Company B as a fresher, now as a fresher Amit will face any issue in company B without informing in 'A' company, if he join in company B. Could you please give a clarity this doubt. ?
