    Public Policy is not law. Any Public Servant: Judges included must be held accountable. It is time for We The People to form Committees to hold these Rogues Accountable.

      I've never had issues with cops. I'm a law abiding property owner. I don't smoke anything, don't drink or do drugs. Never had a DUI, DWI, OR A TICKET IN OVER 35 yrs. For the last 2.5 yrs a drugged out. At shit crazy stripper would go off the rails EVERY full moon. Made false police reports on ME, screaming at their dispatcher she's going to kill me TWICE. They did NOTHING believed HER despite me living here 25 yrs without incident with any of my neighbors😮😮😮changed my opinion of cops. 😮

The same way one can become a 1st Amendment Auditor etc. We The People can form our own Committees without their permission and get with like minded People. We can hire attorneys, we can have attorneys file charges ans sue if needed to make it happen. We can Police The Police and other Public Servants. What do you think the Founding Fathers did when a person was being physically oppressed? Do you think they just stood there? A cop committing a crime is just a Criminal. We The People have every right to come to the rescue of any Person being victimized by government. Have you ever heard of The Battle of Athens in 1946? We The People are the final Law. What do you think the Founding Fathers had in mind when they established The Bill of Rights and The 2nd Amendment? The Declaration of Independence and Bill of Rights were established to deal with tyranny, whether external or internal. We do not need their permission. What we need are REAL MEN not Gurly Men!

    Against public policy? So, when and where was the class that the average citizen would have learned for the first time, that we can't do this? And while we are on the subject, when did we get the chance to learn we must exit the car when ordered? Cops are allowed to lie to us. So, with that comes the consequences, consequences that because they lie, we can't believe ANYTHING they say to us.

      @@nonyabeeswax7111 Let's not forget there's at least two ways (both fortunately and unfortunately) that laws are created. One, legislatures; two, case law. The unfortunate part of this is, Pennsylvanian v. Mimms. The (f******) Supreme Court has eroded our rights and our protections as citizens with this case law that says police's lives are more important than citizens lives and rights. The part that is upmost unfortunate is that Mimms has two parts and 98% of the time (or more) the cops don't know the test they must satisfy to use Mimms as their excuse. 1) that its a legal stop [we are lawfully detained] 2) that the officer is concerned for their safety. Specifically, 'the officer may conduct a pat-down search if they reasonably believe the individual is BOTH armed and dangerous. I think the problem with this ruling is, there is no balance. The court stated and supported only the police at the expense of potential abuse to the citizens. We've seen videos hundreds of times how cops use Mimms to escalate the situation so they can be design arrest someone. We the citizens have no protection from the abuse of these bad cops.
      Interestingly, one dissenting justice said, "The Court cannot seriously believe that the risk to the arresting officer is so universal that his safety is always a reasonable justification for ordering a driver out of his car”. And he was right. What he predicted - the abusive power is wielded against the citizens over and over.
      I believe, we the people are not using possible tools to protect ourselves. We have no way to spread the word so what does work is shared over and over so every citizen knows how to deal with bad cops.
      What do I mean? We can not disagree with getting out. But we can talk and we can also be silent. Use each at the right time. For instance in this order. Start Recording. Anyone in the car, START RECORDING.
      1. TALK: Officer, do you want us to comply with your questions and requests? Yes? Then how will demanding we get out of their car help you? Do you think demanding we get out of the car is going to improve or impede our cooperation? Don’t you have the common sense to know that you are escalating the situation? And that we are not going to be as cooperative - specifically with answer your questions if you force us out in the street a dangerous area?
      Do you understand that we the people used to participate in the social contract to believe cops were good. But you have taught us different. You have taught us not to assume good will from police. We don’t trust you. And police force that does not trust its citizens will get resistance, not cooperation.
      2. SILENCE: Cop orders you to get out of your car. Don’t show disagreement. Exit, as you are exiting. Announce the time, and say “traffic stops are estimated by courts to take less than 20 minutes. The clock starts now”. Say it loud enough for your recording and their body cameras. When you exit tell them, “And under advice from my attorney, the second my foot touches the ground; I refuse to say anything else. I invoke my 4th, 5th and 6th Amendment. You don’t even know what that is. Do you still want me to exit my car?” Give them nothing. Say nothing. Once you say, “I don’t answer questions”, don’t keep saying it. If you said, you are not going to talk, then DON’T TALK. Just grin. Say nothing, nothing. REMEMBER: They will ask you the same questions over and over. You don’t have to answer any of them.
      If we stick together, we can change this. They've not always done it. They don't do it for their safety. They DO IT to make us mad, intimidate and hope we resist, so they can abuse, beat and tase us before they put us in a cage. Don't play their game.

      @ article 3 section 3 taking away the rights of the people (government) is an act of war against them and an insurrection to overthrow the constitutional republic. Sanctuary cities are also treason, article 4 section 4

    In the rules of deadly force, if you feel your life or another is at risk of serious harm or death, you have a right to use proportional force to combat. People in America are just to scared these days and would rather take the charge or pay the fine than actually fight for their life, liberty, and freedoms.

      Yep, I've had the county sheriff's come out and arrest the local cops for their criminal Acts. And I made sure to get the county DA out there to criminally charge them for being in possession of a loaded firearm during the defense may have a criminal act. The criminal act was fraud taking money to do a job and not doing the job description.

      Document the entire situation (multiple cameras), explicitly exercise your rights (including but maybe not limited to your 4th, 5th, and 6th amendment rights), call your lawyer, and sue the department. Nothing else you can do unfortunately…

    Public policy is not supercede the constitution. Whereas a citizen has not only the constitutional right but civic duty to make a citizens arrest of anyone who commits a crime. There are no exemptions like police, lawyers, judges or politicians. Our constitution also tells us that no one is above the law.

      Cops LOVE ENGAGING IN MILITARY ASSAULT TACTICS. Cops love the power trip. Cops love coming and smashing down your door in the middle of the night, and dragging you off undressed. Cops love leaving your wife and children in a house with no door in the middle of the night in the middle of winter. Cops love the idea that your furnace will run up a sky high heating bill trying to heat the outside, but your pipes will freeze and burst anyway. Cops don't care if they're at the wrong house. Cops don't even care if they are successfully sued, because their brothers in blue will cover for them, and the taxpayers will pay the settlement. Cops love that qualified immunity will free them from being held personally accountable for their actions. Cops are into Enforcement, not Law Enforcement. Law enforcement has become the greatest concentration of psychopaths you will find anywhere.
      Somehow, I can't believe this is what our law enforcement agencies were created to do. Why would "The Public" create agencies to assault and abuse, and even kill them, rather that serve and protect them ??
      Somehow, I'm missing how this is serving and protecting the public.

    If cops approach you, your first question should be: "Is this a consensual conversation? "
    Doing so, you'll establish that you are not being arrested, or detained, or under suspicion of a crime or under investigation. You can decline to answer questions, provide identification, or even engage in conversation with the officer. You can walk away from the encounter at any point without explanation. The officer can not use force, threats, or authoritative language to pressure you into cooperating or at any make you feel like you're being detain. you can ask the officer to leave your property. If, on your own property, you can refuse them the freedom of speech, and if posted, "no guns." Violations could be disorderly conduct and/or harassment.

      @sandman6849 partly, castle refers to your home, "consensual encounter" laws are for anywhere a cop can legally be. The consequences of turning a consensual encounter into a detention could be violating the law, violating agency policy, and jeopardizing evidence of a crime.

    Yeah I wish you could but you're right it's not appropriate for a civilian to arrest a police officer who is currently armed with a firearm or some other weapon are potential weapon
    The proper way to do that would be to request and in fact demand that you get a supervisor there and then carefully evaluate whether or not the supervisor when he gets there would have your back rather than the rogue officers back. The problem is that he's more likely to have the rogue officers back in yours,
    I do think that you should be able to file a complaint and it have an independent review by individuals from the public something similar to a grand jury proceeding to determine whether or not the officer violated his legal authorities

    Unfortunately many state courts have ruled the exact opposite... They have rules that you have no right to defend yourself no matter what the officer is doing. They ruled that you must bow down to the officer even if that officer is violating your rights or beating you a to a pulp that you have no right to resist death or severe injury as long as it's a police officer that's doing. Some states have tried to go even further and say that even if the officer is off duty and out of uniform and not in any way acting as a police officer... That any physical action against them is a crime worthy of capital punishment. Which means that if an officer is out after hours off duty at a bar getting shit-faced drunk and starts beating you up or otherwise assaulting you in intimate ways there is nothing you can do about it because the instant you defend yourself against this officer You are now in the wrong according to these politicians

    When you want to make a citizens arrest on a cop, you need a cop from another department or a sheriff to help you with the arrest. I've done this myself in California.

    In Texas, a citizen may only arrest someone committing a felony or breach of the peace.
    My question to the people saying they could effect a citizen’s arrest is how will you effect that arrest?
    Would you take the officer/officers to the jail or before a magistrate yourself? In your personal car?

    Jaleel Stallings won a lawsuit defending himself against police. Only one I ever heard of that shot back at police in self defense after they shot him in the chest with a 40 mm foam round.

    If govt employee knowingly & willfully violates policy, law, The Constitution what rulebook must I go to for immediate relief? Court system takes too long and complaints are dismissive. If I can be terminated for improper use of a turn signal then a govt slave / servant can also be terminated for lying and being an enemy combatant to The Constitution!

    It is legal to resist an illegal arrest, using any force necessary.
    Against public policy? Public policy doesn't exist, if it contradicts Constitutional rights.

      Bruh this comment is the one I am always looking for. Everyone always says “call 911 and report a armed intruder” it’s best if you know it’s a police officer to call the non emergency hotline so in court it will show you didn’t even waste any actual 911 call hours

    even if it is perfectly legal, they are armed. it's not a good idea to get into a physical confrontation with somebody that is armed with a weapon. then there is the issue of, what if you've made a mistake? if you're wrong, and you put hands on a police officer, you're screwed. it's just a bad idea all around. you are way better off just cooperating/obeying under duress and dealing with the situation in the court.
