No, it’s not related to call centre.

No. APAC and IST shifts are also there.

I've been selected as TSE and I'm from CSE background. Can you please tell me the growth opportunities at Salesforce ? Also can i switch to developer role at salesforce in future ? If yes, pls let me know after working for how many months/ years as a TSE will I be eligible to apply for Developer role ?
Yes there are growth opportunities in salesforce as TSE. You can switch after 1-1.5 year but it depends upon managers.

It depend on your interest. Both companies are different, role is different and benefits are different. If I had an option to choose, i would have chosen Salesforce.
