They got the sacred water. in GT, Kibito Kai and the others used it to cure the Earth’s population of Baby’s mind control after Goku defeated him, With the tuffle parasites which were spawned by Baby gone, Earth’s citizens and Goku’s friends and family have been returned to normal. In this what if, They could also use the sacred water to cure Gohan and Piccolo of Baby’s mind control. It’s too bad that King Cold should have transformed in this what if just like his sons can, and knowing that Goku and Vegeta have long since surpassed him, Cold decides to bypass his third form and go to his Final form at the start. That’s what he should have done and Baby having regeneration abilities fixes Frieza’s body with his Tuffle parasite DNA’s regeneratative abilities. Does baby also do this to the person he chooses as his permanent host body?
it would be cool to see a part 2 since the goku said would whip gohan back into shape. that could change super a bit, maybe gohan would have ultimate around the goku black arc or maybe even at the universe 6 vs 7 tournemant

I really like this, a lot. For the future of this possibility: I imagine Bebi, being as slippery as he is, would have escaped somehow, likely leaving the bodies of Frieza and Cold just before he could be destroyed. Then he would go off and infect other planets. Heck, maybe he’ll leave a piece of him in Gohan and Piccolo and gain precious information. With the U6 tournament after this, imagine him learning that there is a whole new Universe of saiyans. Saiyans he can destroy. tulio pereira that is a terrifying idea. Bebi would be incredibly powerful. Maybe he somehow takes over Vegeta like in GT since that is his preferred body. Beerus could take Bebi out, thus removing the eggs if the sacred water is destroyed or something, but they have to be careful not to damage the bodies of those taken over.
They didn't train or at least not for as long as they did in the original, only weeks passed in this, months on super, so they didn't unlock the forms.
Honestly, the whole thing could be even worse. Just get Baby to infect the entire planet earthlings while they're busy fighting. So we can get the whole GT scenario. Giving Z Fighters sense of dread makes the whole Baby saga so damn good

Salad actually made a mistake here: ever since the release of Daima, we see that the Dragon Balls only give 3 wishes to commoners (or, people that use the DBs on a regular), and to unknown people, only 1 wish is granted to them. But this is 4 years ago, so i dont blame him.
Can you try and play around with the idea of what if Goku died / trained under King Kai early. He would still defeat king piccolo but die in the process. (Idk it would be fun for you to play with the idea of goku and others learning Kaioken early)

Baby is also my favorite GT villain. His abilities as a parasite make him dangerous and that’s how he controls his victims. He also has regenerative abilities too.

Eh I think this coulda been better tbh. So to start: the Full Power thing is sorta misleading, Baby can still possess them and access their full power even when they're not powered up; it's just that each time in GT the person who powered up left themselves entirely open for Baby to either incur battle damage (as they did Vegeta) or possess them outright due to past battle damage (Goten and Gohan). So it's really a matter of leaving an opening rather than powering up to full. So, I have a problem with that for two reasons. The first is that I feel like if they had gone Full Power from the start, Baby wouldn't be able to hurt them whatsoever (assuming Baby Frieza 2/Cold 2 are like way less than Golden Frieza), and especially as Vegito. This would then solve the problem of Baby ALMOST entirely (I think he would have just entered through their mouth), but I think going Full Power would have been the better option as long as they powered up away from Baby. Secondly, I think it's really ironic that you chose the way for Vegito to end this to be a beam struggle, when that was EXACTLY the way he had possessed Gohan and Goten, who thought they finished off their foe. If anything this is exactly where Baby takes then chance to make some incisions on Vegito's body*, and then it'd be revealed that Baby had entered Vegito's body, and completely takes over the Fused Saiyan... and from there, it'd just be bad news. *(I'm not really sure how an SSJ/base Vegito compares to SSB; we know at the point of Broly their base forms have become so strong that Fusion far surpasses SSB but this wasn't the case with BoG, where Goku doubted an SSJ3 Vegito could beat Beerus; so I think an SSJ Vegito would be more on the level of Baby Frieza 2 and Cold 2 than SSB, at least enough for them to be damaged) All in all though, I still think this was a good what-if; I just think that the sort of premise you had going on for Baby to possess others wasn't completely accurate to the original story.
I don’t see that this would change anything before ToP but it and beyond would likely be different as I doubt Goku would suggest Frieza as the final member.
