Fundamentally why is women still get water with insera from the river nearby in the countryside? My father had a family farm not far from Addis and suggested someday we will get water from the small creek below by a generator. That was during Emperor Hailesilassie era. Never took place, however, in Addis Ababa I see multiple generators available just about every where. That’s great but the country side still needs to be relived of water shortage. In fact a few years ago Princess Royal and Princess Beatrice were here in Ethiopia somewhere in the country side to have a water well made. God bless them. However, when is Ethiopia and Ethiopians have enough supplies of water and very conveniently? Ethiopia had the water resources beyond belief and we must use it for Ethiopians in the country side.
