This is our first time participating in a community event like this, And it was really fun! Everyone’s projects turned out amazing! Thank you so much for doing this!
This challenge came out amazing! Was really great to see all of that creativity on how to merge concepts from different Universes. The end result was just astounding! Looking forward to other challenges and the community's response!
I fully intended to particpate but I didn't get to it. I was going to use a vintage Signetics 555 IC (from the 80s) to drive a decade counter for the lights. I still will do this some day as the tab is open in my brain. Thanks to grandpa for leaving me these vintage 555 and 556 ICs.
I’m truly humbled and incredibly proud to be part of this amazing global community of talented makers. The creativity and craftsmanship from everyone involved in the Flux Capacitor Challenge is truly amazing. There are so many incredible individuals, and it’s an honor to be alongside them. A huge thank you to Brian for bringing all these fantastic builds together in one video, what an incredible showcase! Kudos to each and every one of you. I’m honored to be a part of this! 👍
@@TheSmugglersRoom You're very welcome! It’s been an absolute honor to be part of such an inspiring project. It’s incredible to see how a group of passionate creators can turn imagination into reality. Thank you for helping spark that creativity in all of us, it truly feels like we’ve all made something from nothing!
🌴Great creations ! Love the idea of one franchise going in different styles ! I am actually working on a Mandalorian rifle. If there is more challenges to come, I’m in.⭐️
I knew all of these were going to be rad, but some of them are just BEAUTIFUL. What a great turnout, to. Yours, Brian has a Steampunk Star Wars vibe. Looks awesome. Thanks for the challenge, guys. This was fun. 🤘
Thanks for showing my Stargate Flux Capacitor! I showed it to one of my coworkers and she got it immediately, but wanted the ring to spin instead of the lights. I told her it looked more like a Stargate Atlantis gate.
Arguably even more appropriate wedged into the main console of the TARDIS! 😉 Really, that would be a great "in joke" for the show. The Doctor is seen working upon the console. A couple of panels or access plates are removed, and within one of them, we catch a glimpse of the famous mechanism. 😋
" Wait a minute doc. Are you saying you made a time machine out of a bicycle?! " " I don't know. Have you ever tried to peddle a bicycle up to 88 mph ?! "
Hello there! My name is Dylan Davenport, I was really excited to build and share my “Coaxium Capacitor” Flux Capacitor build! I’m truly thankful for you to have us awesome geeks make such a project and have you share our work with everyone!
That’s “flux capatchittor” to me! (I like to use the Italian/Romanian/Old English soft “c” sound when talking about Back to the Future terms which apply because I’m a logophile and like to think of soft sounds!)
I was stuck with creating my own flux capacitor since a couple of years ago, mainly due to not being able to build it identical to the one in the movie, this video comes at the right time, with the necessary inspiration and showing me the right way, I will build my "own version" of the flux capacitor 😉 Thanks Brian and thanks to the wonderful Geek community 💪
So many amazing approaches to the same challenge. Great work everyone. These challenges probably need to be an annual, holiday season thing right Brian? 👍
Not a problem😉.... New to ur pod ,so havent seen all ur projects (yet).... Love ur work!-takes me back to the 80s when i was making dioramas with my star wars toys in my bookshelves...
Hmmmmm -- If the Flux Capacitor can travel through time, and thus, space - and Star Wars happened _"...a long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away..._" then there is no reason why the Doc couldn't be raiding Imperial battlefields for pick-up tech left on battlefields.....JS....
whaaaat???? no!!! Dont' say that! Did you email it to info@thesmugglersroom.net with your entry? I don't see your name listed or a missed email from you. So very sorry.
