If you watch Western Rap music video, the African American raper can grope the scantily clad dancers and sing about how much they love women's bodies, how much they love to smoke weed, and how much they love money. A bunch of Western Media reporters have told everyone of us the so-called ban on hip-hop music in China, but we strongly disagree with the “fake news” about it.
As of today, China is very open to both local and international entertainment industries-even tons of Chinese people love hip-hop music. However, some censorship may have occured just because of the explicit content-e.g. some international videos that feature the so-called Taiwan red flag.

Your comment about Japanese birth rates seems very strange to me. Have you looked into the birth rates of different racial groups in the US? If you look at our total birth rate I believe we are at like 1.82 per woman which would be a declining population. We take in more than a million people per year to make up for it, and the pressure is to have an increasing population because that is the basic capital that nations compete with. How many additions do we make year by year until american culture ceases? Does it matter? Just to put in perspective China does a similar thing, they have been taking huge numbers of workers from Vietnam.

Just today I was going through the JFK security, zoning out for a few seconds (just a few seconds I swear) so I didn't notice the dude before me was done. Then this old lady right behind me just bluntly called me "a fucking idot" proud and loud. My mind literally went blank for a second. Anyway for some reason the girl in the security let me through the express way when that old lady is waiting to be body checked. That security check went quick and smooth. I got myself some nice breakfast and got on my flight

Let me explain the Hip-hop banned shit, that not true. Well, maybe 10% true, we did banned some rappers is because Chinese rap culture just started so there’s a lot rappers just copy U.S style like Guns, drugs or big butt stuffs, however in China we don’t have those things and we don’t have Slums and Gangsters culture. So we want to make the Chinese Hip-hop culture going to the right or Chinese way in the beginning. So that’s why we banned some of rappers. This decision are not only decided by government but also by public opinion.

I know people have abominable stereotypes about China - but it's still shocking to see how many people know 0% about China. And it's such a huge and important country with an incredible history. It's good David Fung has a cool, fashionable look, and his signs show the most fascinating things about China that I even didn't know about. His answers from the non-Asians seem surprisingly respectable for the most part, though ignorant, because of his cool look and confident manner. People are much more likely to be rude and condescending towards Asians who look just a little less cool than the Fung Bros.
Notice in all their videos, and IRL - how people seem relaxed and comfortable around their own race/ethnicity, and awkward, with stiff body language, around an ethnicity they're not as familiar with. The Asian groups he interviews look very relaxed and have nicer facial expressions towards him. He picks a lot of ethnically-mixed groups, though. And all well-dressed hipsters of any age.
The white/black groups have the awkward, stiff body language and stern/ugly facial expressions that they usually have towards Asians - especially average-looking ones with monolids, like David. The white/black people in the videos are usually polite, but they're keeping him at arms length - very distant and cold. A lot of crossed arms - subconsciously, as you are towards someone that you don't like and possibly look down on. That older white lady was extremely overt - pretty shocking. The black guy in her group's shocked expression said it all. But she said directly to David what people are always ranting online about China. The white lady who said "Yeah it might be that one" when shown a pic of the Chinese president - wow, very condescending. The way the blond lady said, "No way" in response to "Would you guys be able to pick out the Chinese president" - meant that people all think all Asians look the same - and her disgust and stupidity is so obvious.
I've very surprised the middle-aged white guy with the crossed arms knew the pic was of Jet Li. Of course David would get crossed arms - he's a very average-looking Asian with monolids, and he's gotten a bit chubbier, too. People are subconsciously nastier and colder to Asians that don't look appealing to them. Shockingly, the very stylish white girl knew it was Mao and "he's a great leader" - which he obviously isn't.
I'm surprised there's a token Asian in the group with the racist white ladies and the 2 funny black guys. He looks like a more visually acceptable Asian, which is why he's the only Asian in a group of white/black people - tall and lanky, small/narrow face with good features, and very NYC sleek and stylish. I wonder what kind of Asian he is? Most likely Chinese, but I associate that look with Japanese? No Hispanics? I thought NYC had tons of Hispanics. Maybe the look isn't on David's radar. :) Is he near NYU or Columbia?
