Hi Tito - I’m coming to this video late but it struck a chord with me. One aspect of negative confidence you didn’t mention is “over-confidence” which is something I have been guilty of a number of times. This has resulted in me taking something on before I was ready, making a mess of it and damaging my reputation in the process. So for me humility is also about knowing when you are ready to take on the next challenge that will stretch but not exceed your ability.
