How did you maintain average temperatures of 44 degrees on the GPU and 55 degrees on the CPU? I use the Ryzen 5600gt playing at 1080p and I got 61 degrees on the GPU and 77 on the CPU, I found these temperatures a little high, I use the standard AMD coolerbox.
I don't use pc case, motherboard is on table. And in this video was in winter season which was cold in room and probably that's reason temp was coolest and low. Your temp is normal, more than 90C is not okay.

b450mh is good. If you ask me about performance my B550 vs B450, they're same performance on ryzen with APUs.
