In the Ni Nin Dori technique, it is important to become one with your partners as you initiate your first movement, as if it were one person, unite your energy with theirs in order to direct their force by aspirate them into the void.
For better technical efficiency, the correctness and precision of your movements as well as your positioning in relation to your partners are essential throughout the progress of your technique..

Indeed, a very good video. I also like the one by Saito sensei himself, which shows a couple of other variations but without real instructions: ua-cam.com/video/lb3WxRCc1Co/v-deo.html. Perhaps sensei Said is planning for more, as this is 'Ni nin dori 1'... so looking forward to other parts!
