Nah. Williams has a seriously and dangerously fast pit crew. They have also seriously fast mechanics. They need engineers, designers, developing etc etc. But they've got the good base for it.

@superp1lp it's the complex. He did the pit keeping at the speed of the crew. Props to him for that, it's harder then it looks. But, yeah it helps having a fast pit member

It's no longer 1.92 seconds for tyre swap, the new one was set by Aston Martin Red Bull with a time of 1.91 seconds at the Silverstone Grand Prix (British Grand Prix)

Yes, Williams is slow in the modern era, but there's still a tremendous pedigree behind the team (Mansel, Villeneuve, Hill, Prost, Piquet, Senna, etc.) and general pride among all the pit crews in getting the quickest time possible, regardless of what team you're on.
This man Guy Martin raced in aisle of man TT and he is being so humble saying "sorry" the frickin aisle on man !

Guy Martin’s the type to play a sport and constantly apologize every time he slightly messes up.
Sad to see so many comments dissing Williams. They are the most successful independent team in F1 and have given so much to it on a tiny budget compared to manufacturer based teams. Their recent performance is indicative of the money grabbing sport F1 has become to sell road cars, not their effort.

It should be a fun and stressless job knowing you are a driver for Williams F1 or working in their team because at the end of the day you know you gonna end 19th or 20th, so no pressure at all. Just have fun riding a very fast car without giving shit and having goals.
