Finally got to visit this beautiful hotel situated in the foothills of trikut parvat more commonly known for shri mata vaishnodevi holi trek.

A quick review-
• Hospitality wise it is a great hotel
• Not upto the mark as of the price
• Good for people going for businesse
• Food is good

we went to ITC welcome hotel katra ....on 16 April 2024 , with worst food experience although I am vegan but I think the amount we paid is not justified in many unspoken ways ......

It might happen sometimes, when I visited food options were pretty good. Food is a criteria where u can get taste different every day after all professional chefs can also do mistakes. What we can do is ask the chef there itself to improve, they would improve or compensate you at such good hotels.
