did you use power limit or turned off turbo boost? why do you have too low clock speed? Mine is 4730 MHz in laptop with I7 13620H RTX 4060 Asus ROG Zephyrus
Well 1440p is 2560 × 1440 = 3,686,400 and 1080p is 1920 × 1080 = 2,073,600. This means 1440p had 42 percent more pixels and if your playing at 1080p thats 42% less pixels to process and you'll get 42% faster preformance. So basically just multiply the frame rate of any settings at 1440p by 1.42 and you should get your fps in 1080p
RT Ultra + Dlss Auto + FG On : 128 fps avg. RT On + Dlss Off + FG Off : 25 fps avg. RT Off + Dlss Off + FG Off : 60 fps avg. These stats are at 1080p resolution.

I’m expecting about 60 up to 90 fps when playing at FHD, ray tracing off and dlss-performance without sacrificing graphics quality.
what power brick did u use? 230W?
