- Iron Gate motor Condos in Naperville Illinois. Located about 45 mins from Chicago Iron gate is a luxury Garage condo Community for storage of toys. In this video you see one of their many events open to the public. This was Cartober fest featuring German cars, food and music. They do an open to the public event about twice a month including Chrome and Coffee. Here you can buy a garage loft and customize it as you like. As an owner you can come any time and hang out with other owners and their cars. Kind of a country club for car guys/gals.

The people that have “motor condos” are the same people that blame the “workers” during a strike! 😂

When he said the price, I remembered how much cheaper it is over there than California. You'll be lucky to find a small apartment here for that price. You'll be more likely to find a room for rent than a studio for that price.
There's a similar place in Kansas City. They host a show a couple of times during car show season, and it's almost exactly the same setup, both inside and outside. Last time I was there, there was talk of the possibility of a track in the near future, too. Outstanding concept!

You can build a workshop garage with lift, heating, lighting etc, filled with tools for about $60k,on your property . I heard these condo garages start at $130k . You do the math .
They start at about 230k

It's not simply a garage though. I'm not saying it's a good financial decision but this place is a luxury. Its like being part of a country club. Again, that's not for most but you can't simply compare it apples to apples with building a garage
@Yorkiepoocharlie I doubt you make profit on a condo garage... the right garage , on the right property ,, your own, you probably will at least recover your investment if you ever sell.
