I've been taking this for about 3 weeks consistently and I can tell a difference! I have more energy and my workouts seem to be more intense and I don't get tired as easily! Seems like I'm seeing more results faster physically too as I heard it helps with muscle repair etc from workouts.
Since I started taking this I’ve noticed a drastic change in my mood and energy. I am on TRT and taking this supplement has helped balance out my hormones and balance my estrogen. In turn, I’ve lost weight also because as a male high estrogen contributes to weight gain and makes it even more difficult to lose weight. I will definitely keep this apart of my daily regimen

What a lot of us don't realise, as we get older we won't absorb nutrients, a lot of people don't absorb nutrients in young age. So supplements are a good alternative not just for the old either!

That’s crazy if I feel or know I have most of that stuff bladerwrack helps with wondering why I still have aches in my leg arm and back I can’t never be apart of the train that actually got wonderful results from something fed up and just want something to work for me

I usually make the sea moss gel, & I take a spoonful everyday. It's an acquired taste! Now, I'll try the capsules... Thanks.
