They don’t make sense there secondary, so you have to pay upfront first and hope to get reimbursed when you get home because you primary insurance at home doesn’t cover you out of the country and these insurance companies know this, they want you to jump through hoops and get frustrated and give up. How are you suppose to pay up upfront when you don’t have that kind of money when your on vacation unless you get the very expensive insurance sucks! Went through this with a ear infection in Thailand
