ddill51 I wrote this piece in memory of one of my long term care harp therapy patients. He loved having harp visits and could name every Celtic tune I played for him ❤️
It sounds more on the cusp of Aeolian/Dorian to me - because i didn’t hear the raised sixth explicitly. And yes, i felt it had a la pentatonic feel to it, too.
The shimmery harmonics are fun... I promise! Here's the link to the sheet music:

Wow, first time hearing this one. It's beautiful and exactly the kind of song I was looking for.
Almost as lovely as you are. Bravo
Aw, thank-you!
Love your harmonics. Like you always say. With finesse. Very soothing Anne
I always liked how the left hand harmonics mirror the right hand melody 🎶
Absolutely mesmerising 💞🎶
Thank you! I like how the LH harmonics and the RH melody create a shimmery reflection!
Love, love, love it. 💕
This beautiful piece brings tears to my eyes! Thank you!!

@@annecrosbygaudetmusic That's so moving.
Another gorgeous one! Wow!
It was fun creating the reflection with harmonics!
Oh my ... that resonance in D Dorian is exquisite! Hauntingly beautiful.
The opening and closing have a pentatonic quality ... my mind underscored your piece with a light strumming of a Reverie Harp.
