@@jondakey7075 so may I ask how you got that great sound out of that keyboard? Was it all internal or do you have external effects to get that great sound. I have an xk-5 and still haven't been able to get a sound on it as good as yours but I am only using internal effects. Would you mind sharing your settings?
Yeah sure! I only use the AUX signal from the organ. It wents in a vermona retroverb to achieve the significant spring reverb. Then there is the lounsberry organ grinder for the tube-like overdrive effect an finally the neo ventilator II for the cabinet simulation. Hope this helps you out. I am pretty satisfied with how it all comes together.
I did see one video of purple playing in a small club and Don played the solo. But so far that’s the only one I’ve seen of the current lineup playing fireball.

Great rendition - about the “actual notes” Jon Lord came up with for this solo - and what he had in mind - I somehow always think of someone doing a crazy Russian Cossack dance - certainly if it’s not Russian - then it’s some sort of Hungarian Gypsy tune !
