In Chapter 14, titled "Pakistan and the Malaise," he argues that such an exchange could be a solution to communal tensions.     Dear learned person - Rakesh Sinha, PLEASE do not say such foolishness like India is the only civilization that goes 1000s of years.. Read history about how many Kingdoms we had in last 1000 years. Consider the simple fact about how much influence from other countries we have. Please google WHEN and how HINDI was structured as a literary language. Compare with China and Chinese language history for example.
