I admit that we are struggling now, but we're improving, I mean the poverty rate dropped from 45% to 16% under Duterte. And the economy is growing. Yes, its not perfect, but its improving. Remember what Manuel Quezon himself said "I would rather have a government run like hell by Filipinos than a government run like Heaven by the Americans because no matter how corrupt a Filipino government might be, we can always change it".
