If for example Ymir Fritz never fell into that tree, Eldians might have never gained the abilities to turn into Titans.... considering the urban sprawl in the city of shiganshina and the eventual high rise buildings and its later dystopian looks I found it hard to believe that it would only be 100 years plus the advance of technology from airships to jet fighters and ballistic missiles as seen in the final panels and I know that irl we did all these technological advance as well in the past 100 years but in the aot timeline, 80% of humanity was wiped out so I would say it's difficult to have tech advancements with 80 percent of humans gone (which would involve researchers, scientists, engineers, etc.) I would say that the attack on Paradis was around 300 years after the rumbling and the scene where there was a kid and a dog would be an extra 200 years after the war

What I suspect is that it's hard to properly mod a super unit that is extremely hard to kill in Hoi4, so those "Colossal Titans" are just really big width units with really high stats but are dirt cheap to the point that they practically free.
Or maybe you can get it in Focus Tree fully equipped and lowest consumed supply. They can basically just copy the Mechanics of Zombie or Infection Mod in HOI4 where the Zombie Troops is 30-60 width and consumes low supply to function and also a ton buffs to push and to ignore terrains like River, Mountains, and Hills and even different kind of climates

Not really, escpecially as in this case in the anime it isn't a super state, just a big country compared to the tiny island of Paradis. I mean considering it's tecnology and organization it is probably like an average european ww1 power. However, super states can be done very well, for example 1984 Oceania.
The annihilation of Paradis (after the Rumbling and Eren's death) takes place centuries and centuries after the main story! Spoiler and explanation : Mikasa had time to die from old age (she was 19 in the main story so let's imagine she's ~80, it happens at least 60 years later!). In the alternative ending, we also see Shiganshina in a more modern future (so more than 100 years after the story according to Armin's reincarnation). And when we see the post-credit scene, we see this modern Shiganshina. But we see that the city evolves even more to go towards something even more modern/futuristic(more modern than our time)! And Paradis is destroyed at that moment so I think we are at least 2000 years later! Or more (if we look at the title of the last song of the anime and the title of the first episode). Not just 6 monthes !
