Hi! You can click the gear icon (top-right) to open up the settings. There you can head to UI tab and select 'Yes" for Auto-hide Toolbar. You can also go to Controls tab to see and/or modify your hotkeys. Enjoy building!
As far as I'm aware of-- with the tools currently available in the demo or in the coming full version, it might be a tough challenge. I too want to build a desert city with a pyramid as its focal point someday.

I would have given this game 10/10 if it included people. It looks lifeless. 7/10.
The game doesn't really include those, sorry 'bout that. But it does have sheeps that you can click to pet, they're kinda cute.
