Long awaited Dorothy story part 2!
After examination by a doctor and bad news for Dorothy are confirmed. Neurological connections are broken making Dorothy a paraplegic. Not to let her fall into depression, adjustment to new lifestyle begins immediately. She is fitted in a training wheelchair at the clinic and after she is released from hospital, she use active wheelchair and leg braces for mobility. Dorothy does not quit her daily job despite her condition. See how she starts her day, change her clothes and gets ready to work as a secretary.

For a paraplegic, walking with leg braces is quite exhausting, even for younger people ; classic steel and leather leg braces are by far the most efficient ones but they are heavy : unfortunately, a pair of crutches, and a wheelchair will remain necessary.

i would say that in her bad luck she's still lucky to have her arms working , so she can , at least have an almost ,normal life . but that's always a tragic moment , indeed .
that remind me a news i read on newspaper some times ago in my country . a guy get crushed by a car, after crossing the road without a care ,and like here , lost his legs controle . but the other part is even worst as the driver who crushed him , tried to dodge him , and finished in a wall , the driver got killed .
i don't even know how the guy could leave after that , 1 = he lost his legs , 2 = he was responsible of a driver's death .
