Burley Studios

We celebrated a key milestone with our project partners at the Topping Out ceremony for Burley Studios, a 183-bed student accommodation development in Leeds. It was a pleasure to showcase our progress on site and recognise the hard work of everyone involved, especially the site team.
Aligned with our commitment to greener developments, Burley Studios is designed to achieve BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and is on track for Fitwel 3-star certification, emphasising spaces that support residents’ physical and mental wellbeing.

As someone who's lived in burley 2 years ago when torsion first started, Its awesome to see them developing further along burley road, making the place look unrecognisably brilliant. Especially in such a confined site to build on. It must have been such a challenging task to build in such a small amount of space. Well done Torsion Group - Will (Site Manager @ Wates Group)
