Three additional points I should have included are: Do not stand directly behind the work, especially on rip cuts, for the work can come back with great force. Secondly, a dull blade is very dangerous. Thirdly, an in feed roller stand makes long rip cuts safer in the same way an out feed table or stand does, especially on smaller saws...a contractor saw, for example.

It was hard to hear him talking, to much echo, hard to understand most of it from what I could hear it sounded good

Dear Michael, I use very a good livelier microphone (Sony), but table saws in general, and my Felder in particular are loud 90 Db. I also put filters on in post production that help. If you are listening on a phone, sound may be problematic. Try a desk or laptop computer and you may get better results. If you are hard of hearing that can add to the sound problems in a video such as this one. I wear hearing aids in both ears so understand the agony of not hearing well. VA gives me great aids but nothing beats the hearing you were born with so all of you shop denizens out there, wear hearing protection when it is necessary!
