No, ACI is a whole other animal. Instead of manually configuring VXLAN, DCNM/NDFC completely automated. I have a series in the works on NDFC.

It's the OVA in ESXi, not in EVE NG

Yes, Nexus Dashboard with the Fabric Controller app does. Essentially the same thing, 12.0 code.
