These are two brotherly nations, no matter what anyone says, anyone who knows history knows that once it was one nation, but politicians and interests of big countries did their job and divided two big nations. Throughout history no one has been able to conquer Russia, no matter what anyone says, the Germans, Mongols, French came there and all these nations were defeated. This war is so bloody because these two brotherly nations fight very bravely, no western country can fight like that. I am Ukrainian by nationality and I know what I am saying. My grandfather fought in the Second World War together with Russians, Armenians, Georgians, Uzbeks, Kazakhs, Chechens, Dagestanis and many other peoples inhabiting the former Soviet Union against the German fascists and if not for the dedication of these people the whole world would have been captured by the German fascists. And the first concentration camps with Jews were liberated by the Soviet soldiers, and the Americans and British delayed the landing in Normandy until the last while the Soviet soldiers were fighting against the German fascists. You can see many interviews with Afghan Taliban about how they respect Soviet soldiers because they fought them face to face, and how they don't respect American soldiers, whom they consider cowards. What is happening now in Ukraine is very horrible when two people who are close to each other kill themselves with such brutality. Putin is a dictator and the rest of the politicians in America and other countries are no better for their interests and money.

There were many people led to Russia with offers of big salaries for working as army logistics personnel, who weren’t supposed to be in combat according to their agreement. I have the same question. We have corruption, I do not deny it. But firstly, the border is long. If we talk about manpower, then we need a lot of people, although Prigozhin spoke about how to do it. By the way, he also spoke about the border, what and how to do. But Shoigu and some other people told him not to meddle in none of his business. Now Prigozhin is dead. People are increasingly thinking that we have traitors in power and that it is not in their interests to quickly end the war, although they say the opposite. Secondly, a weak border is not only our problem. Let's remember Israel. These savages simply drove through a hole on mopeds. And something tells me that in any country you can find flaws, shortcomings in border security. Thirdly, what is an American journalist doing there? And most importantly, when.

The Kursk offensive has so far been an incredible success which has massively increased Ukraine's command of the battlefield and bargaining power in potential negotiations but there is a horrifyingly long way to go for Ukraine to accomplish all of its war goals. It's still up to us to pressure our governments to increase material support and give Ukraine true deterrent military capability.

In 1991, the USA promised not to expand NATO. After the Soviet Union collapsed, Dick Cheney said it was the goal of the United States to break Russia into numerous smaller Republics. Imagine if Mexico signed a military agreement with China and China began deploying Chinese troops along the Mexican and US border. Would Americans find that acceptable? The United States is responsible for provoking the war in Ukraine. Lastly, who profits from war. the US Defense Based Industry, the industry who makes major contributions to the republican and democrat parties.

Ukraine's successful advance into Russia at such depth in such a short time
=> Russian defence is very, very bad (and Russia is about to surrender),
    # or Russians let open a trap,
    # or Russian people now have a mortal reason for a do-or-die war.
    # The main purpose of this Ukrainian attack into Russia is MONEY + MONEY + PROFIT.
    # Ukraine would need at least 200.000 troops attacking Russia on many fronts if it hopes to make a significant change to its current grim situation.
    # With only a few thousand troops in a pocket on Russian territory, the Ukrainians would soon all perish, or surrender.
    # Maybe the real purpose of this Ukrainian suicidal attack is to draw NATO troops into the war.
    # => Larger war, more soldiers => More profit for the US coorporate owners' war-making business of selling ammunitions and guns, bombs and tanks, military hats and boots, .... plus LNG (replacing Russia's) and wheat (replacing Ukraine's), plus Ukraine's signing debt papers non-stop, plus Ukraine selling its land and assets on the cheap, ....

You'll laugh, but this topic was discussed by a blogger I watch. It's like, the war has dragged on, a lot of people have died on both sides and it needs to be ended somehow. Here we remember Lavrov's July visit to the US. It is interesting that Lavrov is under sanctions. And in June, Minister of Internal Affairs Kolokoltsev arrived in the United States. But what is also interesting is the interview with local residents of the Kursk region. So one woman resident of Sudzha, surrounded by fellow citizens, said one very interesting phrase: "The guys see, but they don't give the order to shoot". Here we can also remember Prigozhin's words. He spoke about the border, but Shoigu and some other people told him not to get involved in this matter.
