Actually,that's not xeno it's a different EXE,there's some other EXE's has the same look of Xenophanes but with different personalities and they were from Different universes and different channels, and that one is actually Equinox,The one of Xeno's replacements and PhiSigMalt's EXE.
And the build up make you think “oh this is gonna go so hard” then you get a slight jump scare by eggman S design and the song becomes oddly calm for eggman.

Tails, sonics little buddy, was barely touched compared to the others. Knuckles had more damage, but the most major thing was still whatever was wrong with his mouth. Eggman though, was completely mangled and sonic probably barely fought against xenophanes. I just thought it was a neat over analyzation of their designs
