Iceland Episode 1

So after 2 days on the ferry, we finally arrived in Iceland. The trip on the boat was't too excited, internet was slow, and nothing to do... But still, we get there. On Iceland we drove near 300 kilometres. First impression, Vast, valley are so big and empty, nothing, and nothing it looks so virgin. While we were on the road, we stop to buy water, and we meet 2 Canadians riders from British-Columbia. I do not remember exactly but I think there is 7 months they are on the road. Nice couple, they ride both on CRF300 Rally, and they do camping all the time. One word come to my mind, Courage! I'm too old to do camping, and even less every night. They cook all their meals on the road also. But, we have to stop talking and get back on the road. So we stopped at Myvatn Geothermal Area, wow, and disgusting, it stick so much, crazy. But it worth to stop there, it is crazy all the heat coming out the earth. We spend like 45 minutes there. Next stop, Goðafoss falls, so beautiful. I give a shot with the drone, it's so beautiful. Then we get to our hotel, Hótel Tjarnir, nice place, newly renovated. My only complaint, is that the water stink same as Myvatn Geothermal Area, but is about the land, not the hotel. Nothing to eat at the hotel, so we ride back 20 minutes to get at the restaurant for diner. Iceland is Iceland, I mean by that... we got clouds half of the day, and rain the other half. Still was a nice first day in Iceland.

Did see tie downs on boat for bikes. Could be rough voyage. Funny that say nothing to see. Great trip

Yep, it could be rough, so we have to tight our bikes. There is noting to see... this is so beautiful to see noting!
