Iceland Episode 14
Today, is our last day in Iceland. We leave our room near 7:30 to get to the ferry. While we ride those last 30 kilometers on Iceland, I try to feel Iceland deeply. The weather was sunny, and in the mountains cloudy, but no rain. I was kind of sad inside because this place is so beautiful. But no choice all good thing come to an end, and this is it this morning. When we get near the checkin place, we have a stop to get a small breakfast and a coffee. Then we go in checkin line for motorbike. There was more than a hundred motorbikes. Crazy to see all those motorbikes. We get in the ferry all the motorbikes at the same time, while cars go out, we get in. Strap down our motorbike, and get to our room. Iceland end up here. Today when we look outside, we saw a so beautiful scenery. The sky is medium. We pack our bike, and ride to Vik, the next village to get breakfast. Today we start our day under a medium sky. Not too cold. We go to gas station to get a breakfast... Then on the road for our first stop, Seljalandsfoss waterfalls. Today we start under the cloud. We first go get our motorbikes 5 minutes from the hotel. Then we packed the bike. First stop today, Kerið crater. Good your bike electrical problem. The guardrail hwy doesn't like rocks. That twisty road view was amazing to see with drone. What seems to be most common motorcycle on tour. Thanks 👍

Amazing the number of tunnels they have and this roundabout in the belly of the mountain … impressive. Now we know where Alfred Nobel made his money from selling his dynamites. How much effort to make a roundabout and how beautifully designed!

The temperature wasn't so bad the average is about 15 degrees celsius. Just need good clothes and good gloves

@@motorbikeglobetrotter yes, and also before the sun returns here, in february, during the winterseason. i joined the Lofot-fiske (march-april-22) from Henningsvaer and those racks was already almost full. during may, they are collecting the dried fish. ( hehe, it wouldnt be possible to play football there in that smell otherwise🤭) Btw tnx for sharing, nice shots.
