Choosing the right codec - Atomos Ninja V + Nikon z6

Having recently added the Atomos Ninja V to my Nikon Z6 the next challenge was choosing the right codec, an area the manual doesn't really prvide much guidnace. In this video I explain the outcome from my research and a quick bit of real world testing of the various options and how they stack up vs my use case.
