This is a no brainer- you can't possess Forex more than the predetermined threshold of the SARB. How did even that kind of money come to his premises. Why was it not declared to SARS? Last year, they spent a considerable amount of time on the Phalaphala report, and that’s why they received two seats in Parliament. However, Phalaphala is not that important to South Africans.
